The speed jump rope is easy to use and you can adjust it for the height that you are or if one of your friends come over and they want to try it out before they buy one of there own they can do that and get the full feel of the jump rope. I love jump roping it makes me feel like a little kid again and with this jump rope you can also lose weight while you are doing it. This jump rope is made for you to go really fast so you can burn those extra calories that you have packed on. I love that it comes with a little bag to put your jump rope in so you can just throw it in your purse and when you have time you can get it out and start using it. So easy to use and put away wish they had this jump rope 5 years ago for after I had my daughter and needed to get the baby weight down.
