SLIMQUICK Pure Extra Strength Drink Mix

On the Box it says to put it in 16.9 Oz of water I did that, shook the bottle really good and still could not get the drink mix to dissolve all the way so it was hard for me to drink it. I did not try to use a spoon to mix this drink mix that might have worked better than shaking the bottle. The next day I mixed it with a banana and strawberry yogurt in my blender, it tastes amazing in that. After drinking this mix I did feel like I had more energy than I normally did. I have not seen any weight loss, but I have not been using it that long. It has reduced my water a lot I go to the bathroom more when drinking this mix. I also have lost some inches around my hips about one or two.

This pack also comes with a pack of gummies to eat with a snack of your choice. I have not been eating when there is nothing else to do like normally. I will stick with this drink mix to help get the weight off to have another baby.
