Chocolate A Day is creamy dark Belgian chocolate with 100% daily value of 10 vitamins and minerals! This is the best multi vitamin that I have every tried in my whole life. I have to remind myself that this is a vitamin and not just a pieces of chocolate. There is NO Iron in this so you don't have to worry about your children getting into them and getting the whole box and overdosing on iron. I take/eat mine at night because that is when I have the craving for chocolate is at night and why not eat something that taste amazing and is also good for me.
