Ask your doctor what Prenatal vitamins are best for you before taking any of them because there are different one for different people.
These vitamins smell great I know that is the first thing that I want to know because in the past I could not take a Prenatal Vitamins because they smelled bad and I would end up throwing them up right after taken them.
